where to measure
bust

Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape measure level across your shoulder blades.
natural waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose.
hips

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
other

inseam: Use a pair of your own pants that fit well. Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the hem on the pant leg.
empire waist: Measure under your bust, keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose.
sleeve length: Measure from shoulder seam to location on arm of desired sleeve end.
jacket length: Measure from base of neck down back to desired jacket length.
